- Weather, access issues, supply delays, or events beyond our control may affect timing.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Fees may apply if plants are already reserved, materials purchased, or work has begun. Completed custom landscaping work is generally non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Plant Health & Care
- We aim to supply healthy plants. Any guarantee offered will be explained at purchase or in your agreement and usually depends on proper watering and care.
- Guarantees typically do not cover neglect, incorrect watering, pests after delivery, extreme weather, or changes made by others.
- If a plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, contact us quickly so we can help with a fair solution.
8. Website Content & Branding
Text, images, logos, and designs on our website belong to Mahraj Plants & Landscaping or our licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
